RENTAL POLICIES & PRE-ARRIVAL INFORMATION
(IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ)
RESERVING A PROPERTY ONLINE
After your reservation has been made, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. We will also send to you via post mail your Rental Agreement packet containing the contract, map, arrival instructions, etc.
Security deposits and/or damage waiver fees are due at time of booking. Rental fees including tax (if applicable) & departure cleaning fees are due 45 days prior to arrival. For any reservations made within 45 days prior to arrival, payment in full is required. There is a $50.00 administration fee required on all reservations.
MINIMUM STAY
Most properties have a two night minimum stay requirement. Major holiday periods may require three night stays.
CANCELLATION
In the event a reservation must be cancelled, the following restrictions will apply:
(a) If written notice is received 45 days prior to arrivals, payments of rents and/or deposits will be refunded less a $100.00 service fee.
(b) If cancellation occurs within 45 days of arrival, any refund is subject to Luxury Leasing's ability to re-rent the property.
PETS
PETS ARE ALLOWED ONLY IF YOU HAVE CONTRACTUALLY MADE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS. Please contact one of our leasing agents if you are interested in renting a pet friendly property. An additional refundable security deposit is required for guests bringing their pets. Guests bringing their pets may have the fees for carpet & upholstery cleaning deducted from their security deposit.
FURNISHINGS
All properties are fully furnished and equipped with linens and kitchen wares.
RESERVATION DEPOSITS
All “Reservation Deposits” automatically become “Security Damage Deposits” upon occupancy of the rental unit. Said deposits are held in addition to the rental monies collected prior to check-in. Any additional charges or damages incurred will be deducted from the deposit and the balance refunded.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS
Every effort has been made to assure that our descriptions of each property are accurate, however Luxury Leasing, Inc. cannot be held responsible for possible errors in typing, changes made by owners in furnishings or equipments, or matters that are beyond our control.
PROPERTIES WITH PRIVATE POOLS
A utility cap is in place for all rentals of 28 days or longer at properties with private swimming pools. Please contact our office for details regarding the utility cap. The utility cap is not in place for rentals less than 28 days at properties with private swimming pools.
LOCATION OF PREMISES
If for any reason the premises become unavailable, Luxury Leasing may substitute with a comparable property. If a suitable substitute property cannot be procured , Luxury Leasings sole liability shall be to provide a full refund of all monies already received.
CHECK-IN AFTER 3:00PM
We ask you to register at our Leasing Office at 50949 Washington Street Suite 1E, La Quinta, CA 92253. Office hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm weekdays and 9:00am – 5:00pm weekends. If you are arriving after hours please call the leasing office and we will instruct you on how to pick up your key packet. Guests staying at our properties outside of La Quinta may have a lock box placed at the property prior to their arrival.
CHECK-OUT BY 11:00AM
There will be a charge of 50% of the regular daily rate for all unauthorized late checkouts. There will be a $150.00 charge for each key or garage door opener NOT returned to Luxury Leasing located at 50949 Washington Street Suite 1E, La Quinta, CA 92253. A $150.00 fee will be charged for each after hour’s lock-out assistance.
PROPERTY CONDITION AT ARRIVAL
Our properties are cleaned prior to guests arrival. If the home is not cleaned to your satisfaction when you arrive or if something is not working properly, please call the office immediately to report the problem. We will try to correct the situation as soon as possible.
MAIL SERVICE
If you are expecting to receive mail during your stay, please call our office at (760) 771-8456. Not all properties can receive mail.
FAX SERVICE
If you are expecting to receive a fax during your stay, it should be faxed to your attention with the rental property phone number to: (760) 771-9043
FEDERAL EXPRESS OR UPS
If you are expecting to receive a FEDERAL EXPRESS OR UPS delivery during your stay, it can be sent to the leasing office only if you require a signature. If not, you may have it delivered to the property address located on the Rental Agreement.

MAID SERVICE
For your convenience the departure cleaning service is automatically scheduled on your day of departure and billed when final payment is due. Daily maid service is available upon request for an additional fee using a Housekeeping Request Form.
PERSONAL USE OF RENTAL UNITS
Each rental unit is fully equipped for your comfort. During your stay the replenishment of soaps & paper goods is your responsibility. Should you notice any damages or discrepancies upon your arrival please notify our office at (760) 771-8456 within 24 hours.
PARKING
Emergency vehicles must have access at all times. All parking must be in a garage or designated guest parking spaces only.
RENTAL ROLL-A-WAYS, CRIBS, HIGH CHAIRS
Call The Kids Konnection at 760-360-6043 to make arrangements for delivery and pick-up of rental roll-a-ways, cribs, highchairs, etc.
DEPARTURE DAY CHECK-LIST
Please go through all rooms closets and drawers one last time prior to leaving
- Close and lock all doors windows and close drapes
- Turn off all lights and appliances
- Extinguish any fireplace fires or embers
- Leave wall thermostat(s) in OFF position
REMEMBER TO RETURN ALL KEYS AND GARAGE DOOR OPENERS TO LUXURY LEASING BY 11:00AM ON DATE OF DEPARTURE
