We have been coming back for 4 years now. The simple reason is that we love the home that we are using and all the people at Luxury Leasing have made our life as easy as possible----Pam, Gregg, Mario, Maria, Ron----this year we had an inconvenient problem----the refrigerator went out----kaput---no work---After calling the leasing office, Mario shows up to look at the appliance--he can't fix it---soon after a repair man shows up---it's the compressor--his recommendation is to get a new refrigerator----OK--the story continues with the final act being a new refrigerator is installed----but not without several mishaps along the way by circumstances out of Luxury Leasing's control. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and offered compensation for spoiled food and even our inconvenience---we accepted the offers----this was not someone's fault---but both Lindy and I offer kudos to everyone involved in getting this situation resolved---over and above "normal". Thanks for all efforts, not only when things go wrong, but ALL the time. Wishing you all a great year-----we have already signed up for next year and look forward to seeing you next year. 1. Had great time for month of March 20232. Loved to have coffee in the morning at sunrise and watch the swan, ducks, coots, mourning doves and other wild fowl on the pond3. Pam was at our side to answer questions and help us through any issues4. Mario was VERY patient and was there to solve any mechanical issues.
